Stop Your Sunday Anxiety Before Your Week Starts
First circle on last sunday of Feb (2/22)
Feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded before the week begins — no to-do rehearsals, just steady body + mind.
SUNDAY SCARIES CIRCLE
You might be here if…
Sundays makes you feel anxious and you can’t fully enjoy time with the people you love
You know movement helps, but the idea of a workout makes you opt out
You’ve done morning pages, but you don’t have the energy to begin again
You want some structure without being told what to improve or optimize
You think deeply and feel a lot (and sometimes called “too much”)
What if Sunday stayed Sunday, not a warm-up for Monday?
after the circle, people often notice…
Their thoughts feel quieter and more organized, so they can open their laptop without immediately feeling overwhelmed
Their body feels less tense and less hunched going into the week, so they’re not gripping their jaw or hiking their shoulders before the day even start
Sunday ends without bleeding into Monday morning, so they can go to bed Sunday night without mentally rehearsing the entire week
They start the week feeling steadier instead of already behind, so Monday feels like a normal day, not something to survive or endure
For introverts who prefer quiet reflection and simple movement

Light movement
Easy, accessible movement to help you come back into your body and shake off the static noise of the week. No performance required.
02
Guided writing
Short, gentle prompts to help you sort through what’s present — thoughts, feelings, loose ends — without turning it into planning or productivity
03
moments of stillness
Built in between movement and writing so things don’t feel rushed. No sharing or introductions required*
* Many past participants have shared that they felt the presence and energy of the group, even when watching on their own time
This isn’t a workout or a self-help course.
It’s a space to slow down, notice what’s actually going on in your body and mind, and organize your thoughts without forcing

Why movement + writing
Moving your body makes it easier to think clearly. Writing helps give shape to what you notice.
Together, they create a calmer starting point for the week, one that feels organized without being rigid.

Facilitator
SUE CHOI
I am a movement teacher and guide who blends yoga, Pilates, and reflective writing to help people feel more grounded, clear, and at home in their bodies.
I focus on gentle structure rather than intensity (Capricorn, still very confident that Excel could handle emotions), and on creating spaces where thinking feels easier because the body is supported.
I teach with attention, curiosity, and humane rhythms, drawing from Pilates, yoga, meditation, and a long history of writing things down to understand them.
If part of you keeps wishing Sundays felt quieter and more settled, this is an invitation to give yourself that space
I’m more conscious of my anxiety now and can remind myself it doesn’t stay forever; this class helped me feel grounded in a way I didn’t expect.
Munkyong
This class gave me simple tools I can use anytime life feels overstimulating, and I appreciated not needing my camera on — it made joining feel easy.
Marylee
The writing practices helped me see what was taking up space and release some of it, and I enjoyed both the movement and the surprisingly grounding mudras.
Dori
Seeing everything on paper helped me sort my thoughts, choose what actually mattered, and let the rest wait without feeling guilty.

FAQ
Okay, I’m in. When is it? I want to write it in my journal (I'm holding the pen).
I haven’t moved in a while and Zoom makes me feel weird. Do I have to be on camera?
What do I need? Special supplies? The “right” notebook?
Who is this for? And how did this even start?
I’m neurodivergent. Is this going to be another thing to manage?
I can’t always join live, and I already own 700 unwatched classes. Be honest.
Step into a quieter Sunday rhythm and make space for what’s been getting buried during the week.
